I can't bring up the task bar period you know when u hit control alt delete, it tells u whats in progress, whats not responding, ect ect. Because of this I had to cancel my planet side account because I can't turn off dual processing which means im speed hacking and could get banned for it. I found out this virus was from LIME WIRE. as for fixing it i've found alot of threads but so far no solutions. ok, it seems like all I had to do was do a system restore, and now I can access it easily.
