honestly i would chose the W6 over the P3. my reason i was up against a guy at a comp last year. he wa pushing 1200 watts and running 2 12 W6s and he was .4 db behind me....but i was only pushing 600 watts on my T1s and i still beat him WOOT!!

well back to the matter....i never heard a set of P3 12s as loud as what i had and if hes .4 db behind me so theres not that great of an audible difference so as much as i hate to say it W6>P3

Id pick the JL's had some long ago and they were great at the time and still to this day i think about them when i hear other setups

also another thing to add the W6 was JL's flagship sub in the mid 90's, it was the top dog before the w7 so it wasnt a slouch for its time.
