i use the psp 4" and 6" ports on my boxes great product. you will be fine with those elbows as a matter of fact i just usually go to home depot or lowes for the elbows. as far as putting both ports on the drivers side you could do that, but i don't think putting one on each side would hurt anything unless you plan on having your door open often.remember any time you open a door or window it's going to change your tunning regardless of where you put your ports. especially in the cab of a truck.

I'd do them out the front or back, more likely the back and tune slightly high so you get a 6th order effect somewhat.

should be easy to do with a couple elbows.

Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through.

i like this idea... regular pvc/abs elbows will work with this aero right?

As long as you are using the Aero Ports from Precision Port, you can use thin wall sewer pvc fittings. It must be the thin wall stuff and they will match up perfectly. I'm using the 90 degree elbows on my 6" aero's and they work great. If in doubt, just bring one to the home depot and do a test fit.
