tristan560
i have a power acoustik gothic series 5500d mono amp, someone on here said im only getting 1.6k watts from it @ 1 ohm. i think its a lie. Definitely an overated amp...but I can't hurt to get the extra options. My 4 15s never got warm off my stetsom 4k, and they didn't have any options. STEvil
http://www.poweracoustik.com/pa2006/product_AUDIO_amp_gothic.htm # RMS Power 4 ohms: 1700 watts x 1 chan. # RMS Power 2 ohms: 2500 watts x 1 chan. # RMS Power 1 ohm: 3200 watts x 1 chan. Probably rated at 14.4v, so anything under that is gonna be a bit less even. Quote MickyMcD - "Capable of making some serious trouser flapping volumes at where's-my-testicles frequencies, the Servo-Drives used to be fairly jaw dropping..." Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through. Hammerdown... 1% no links to outside websites, business related FB/YT pages allowed. SO more something like 1600w at 1ohm 1300W at 2 ohm 900w at 4ohm EDIT, the SSD is a more capable sub then the MOJO, (pretty much everything made by Power acoustic is shit, but the Mofo isn't a bad sub if u don't want SQ.) Just remember, that the box is more important then the equipment. And every install even with the same equipment will sound different. Quote Thinking is the root of all problems...
