ain't that the truth haha

with an 18 you just find mids and highs that get loud on the high end, no real way to blend the mids to get it all

the Q will play fine on 1k watts, put it in a bigger box, maybe make a t-line for it and I can guarantee you will hit double kicks

seal your doors up real good and get an eq to try to boost your mids, your tweets shouldnt be an issue at all but the mids will probably lack

Think I'll need a better alternator or will a better battery suffice?

Sounds good, although Ihave no idea how to design a T-Line lol, can design ported and sealed but not t-lines :/
