Cdizzle
I was wondering if inverting the sub improves anything, I had read somewhere that RMS goes up when you have the face of the sub IN the box... I was just wondering if this is true. Quote Damn Thiefs

Guest MegaloManiac
i have mine inverted. nothing different. just a lot of people dont realize how much mechanical noise a sub really makes...mine makes a lot of mechanical noise
E a r t h
You'll gain your speakers displacement when inverted. If you're looking for substantial differences, it wont be in bass output, maybe mechanical noise like megalo said.I've heard of suspension sag,but I never noticed anything when I did it.Only thing I worried about was debris getting in my pole vent.
