I don't see the problem with the looks of Stetsom, simple and bulletproof. I actually think the rf's are ugly with that plastic fin 3/4 of the way around it, displays look cool, though.

It's not plastic lol... It an aluminum heatsink... All whats with all the problems when leaving your Stetsom turned down without having it cranked and frying leads.... Hmmmmm lol... Seems as though Stetsom's don't like idle time...

I have my gains set up with a oscope and mine has no issues what so ever, any amp in the world can fry leads and burn coils if the gains are jacked, even your beloved RF amps can do it 2...

Guess thats why mine are scoped lol

edit: So you have your amp scoped for that voltage drop to 9v? with no clipping? Yay gobs of power output there... and I didn't say my amp couldn't fry leads or burn coils... Beloved RF amps? Personally I like Kicker and Sundown amps better than my RF ones... I just happened to get a good deal on 'em.

yeah, so the whole tinsel leads burning, were 90% prob user error.. because they didnt have access to a o scope to set their gains right and prob just jacked it up... as i said before, ANY amp can burn leads

So because your amp is scoped running into into the 9v range is still intelligent?

i voted for the stetsom cuz ive seen what they can do. seems like a lot of rf dick riders in here(please excuse my french) to me. the only thing rf is good for anymore is mids and highs and even now theres better out there. if it was my choice between the 2 for sure stetsom all the way.
