nCOMP1337 Posted June 28, 2010 Report Share Posted June 28, 2010 as far as i have seen, at least for the brutus line of hifonics, they do around rated, but i think they may rate their stuff at 14 v, which means on a stock system it would look like it isnt doing rated, i havent seen whether ti says one way or other, some amp will show you what they do at 14v which is what they advertise their power at, but they also show what they do at 12 v, depends on the amp manufacturer, i havent seen how hifonics rates their stuff, but in my own thread people said its alright amp Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

bigmescan Posted June 28, 2010 Report Share Posted June 28, 2010 thanks for all the input so i know they dont have fuses in them and it doesnt say what size to use inline what size should i use i was thinking 200 or 250 im running a 300 amp fuse i also have the 2600d hifon for my 2 resx d2 and i had the amp at .5ohm it didnt like it but it didnt hate it as well. but that damn amp for the money is worth it. i had the 1610d hifon on same subs and it hit pretty damn good. if the amp aint to pricey id say buy it.
