Stay tuned for the next build. should be a good one i think u are among very few who defends kicker in this forum.. they dont like it much,, dont know why..but now it would be clear after 2 10's have hit 150+ db. well i had some good experience with solo x ... it was hitting 141 db... but then i made a mistake of making the 6 ft3 box, the one specified in the manual for SUV's ... tuned at 45hz... i dont know what actually went wrong but that enclosure made that sub sound like shit.. ... Dubai & we dont have car audio specialists here.. in fact high end has just recently been introduced here. i have some basic knowledge gained from reading SMD & other similar forums & from my small installations experience. i am going to build b pillar wall setup with kicker solo x 18 powered by hifonics colossus .... Definitely start a build thread... lots of Kicker fans here. I was in Dubai earlier this year, great place but the police are very strict, you may have to be careful cranking that Solo X. thanks man will do it in near future as the items purchase will go step by step.. you dont even find car audio batteries here & if u find one they are 4 X more expensive than sold in US. i already have recived the amp & Mechman 220a alternator ordered straight away from US & it cost me 300 $ for delivery !!! anyway dont want to interupt Mario's build thread.. i will start a thread & post some querries that i have, prior to finalize my system design. btw ... merzbow : i have seen your build ... man that was awesome but initially for a moment i thaught u own some kinda dampening manufacturing lolz the only thing not damped was the horn button panel on the steering .. anyway dampning is always good...
