BassJunkie Posted July 6, 2010 Report Posted July 6, 2010 stopped at autozone yesterday to turn in a core and had the guy who was already outside test my alternator, after he tested it i noticed my terminal loosened when he was trying to get connectivity so i bought longer terminals, on the way home I was rocking out to some chevelle and mid song the music became hollow. I put my new terminals on today and the music is still completely hollow and horrible sounding, I checked the rca's, redid the ground on the front and rear battery....did I blow something? 1986 C20 Suburban 9 American Bass XFL 15's B2 M1MKII 14v XS Power Batteries Maxwell Caps Acoustical energy is free. kirill007 Posted July 6, 2010 Report Posted July 6, 2010 What do you mean with 'hollow' that is a quite subjective word. Does it lacks midbass?less highs? Are there some freqeuncies it doesn't plays? Thinking is the root of all problems... You ALWAYS get what you pay for.

I see your amp has an external fuse but is it possible it also has some internal fusing?
