inm
Hey guys, I'm planning on building a box soon, and need to know what all I need. Obviously I'll need wood, 75" MDF. I'll need wood glue of some sort, and screws of some sort. What kind of screws should I get, I know there's different kinds. I know I need more, but what? Not worried about the tools I need, got that covered, and not worrying about paint/carpet, just the basics to get the box built. Vilim12
When I built a box I got some self tapping woods screws and Elmers wood glue, then caulk to for the inside seams of the box to seal a little. My system was weak though so I didnt need fiberglass or anything. Hotdog
When i built my box I used construction screws, they wont strip out or break. Then pre-drilled all the hole's then filled with glue before I put the Screws in. inm
If it's just going to be 3 12" Kickers, on 500W (upgrading to 1000W soon) would I need to fiberglass the inside?
