yes thats a clamp on the pipe, the bolt rusted and i havent got a chance to weld it together

well since its a prototype sub until december, i cant release that information, but its dual stacked 1" by 11" magnets with a 4 inch 8 layer flat wind voice coil with a vented coil

ima give a stab at it and say that its something similar to the channels inside the pole piece of a DD motor but idk. lol cooling on the former!. and to OP im still wondering what the whole purpose behind having that bottom box so far back i wanna say its going to cause cancelation something severe
