That is pretty damn cool, never knew they did anything like that. We did our fair share of "clinics" but never actually marched with anyone like that.

Yeah it's pretty intense and a great thing to do during the summer.

yeah it is. marching with is something completely out of this world. even if you only learn it in like 4 days and it's not much. but still so awesome.

We never did drum corps, but that first video was awesome. All i ever did was field show and marching, i enjoyed it but when we went to competitions (which we lost) i always enjoyed seeing other percussion sections because ours sucked ass. I played trumpet since i was in 5th grade.

So i got a chance to play in BD's hornline at a clinic they did in Murfreesboro. Turns out my director from Southwind is now guy who runs (organizes) BD's clinics. When they came to Murfreesboro he called me up and said go to the clinic and they will let you play in the horn line (they did this for anyone there, nothing special for me). All they did was a watered down version of a warm up, but it was still fucking cool to play a warm up with them. Afterwards they let us sit inside their circle and they played a clip from their show. I took the opportunity to break out my iPhone and record it. It sounds like balls because the iPhone sounds like balls, but let me tell you it did not sound like balls then. Anyway, here ya go.

Edit: Here is me playing with the Blue Devils. I am the last one (on the right). How about the chick baritone player next to me. That is one of the horn line member's horn I am playing on. He let me use it and went and sat down for a bit. I was very thankful.
