teamSPB Posted September 7, 2010 Author Report Share Posted September 7, 2010 Been getting a few PM's about the car PC setup...basically its a mini ITX type PC complete with touch screen monitor, 4 internal USBs and an external USB hub with external power supply, GPS, 120gig hard drive, Centrafuse interface....bought off Steve off TA with the following spec voom pc case Via VB series board VB7001 centrafuse 2 installed M2-ATX PSU car power supply cooling fan 3x5m usb cables soundcard bluetooth dongle gps reciever vga cable 120gb hard drive usb hub memory stick with drivers and centrafuse 2 lilliput touchscreen , stripped down for custom fit into double din Nifty little thing! First thing was to modify the existing fascia panel to accept the touch screen (not got any photos of the standard fascia with the headunit in) Primed and guide coat sprayed Screen secured in Heres the PC itself...just been sprayed teamSPB Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Unfortunately I havent had time to crack on with this yet...but hopefully will be able to get on with it next week in time for the final VW show of the season (even though it aint a VW LOL!)...and touch wood, we hit the final show with a LOUD goodbye for the winter...hoping to get the Previa, and Blade Ice's Chevy with the 12 18's playing side by side! Hi Steve, still running the same power unfortunately!! But the alts are in the process of being fitted! Hopefully it will be back with me end of next week with 3 or 4 210a alts fitted...then shortly after the 14v batteries will arrive from XS Power!
