I used the foam poster board that you can find anywhere, it's thick but it can also bend. It was then cut half way through to where it could bend creating those corners. The panels are actually one piece that are connected by tape and then we wrapped it with black carpet but not full around so it could bend freely, the rest of the carpet is tucked under. I should of taken pictures of the process but it's pretty easy. that's really sexy, almost looks stock. Thanks man, I love it.
