Skullz its not that serious because i only had a issue with xs no other alt ever slipped on my car... An to emo the refund wasnt what i wanted i wanted an alt that put out what it was supposed to and do its job.. The alt made funny noises before it ever went on, the black was soot from the alt not the belt... In the end it doesnt matter, i got a imo partial refund so fuck them... I dont think its needed to get into a full blown out discussion about it ... I was unhappy with the service i received and theres no need for a bunch of drama.. Honestly theres no need for even posting since it was just to inform ppl, no to debate ...

Ehh its no a concern anymore... I choose to not go with xs, they told me the wrong info the entire time so it is what it is.. I wont have a pissing contest with anyone, i said my part he said his...

So basically what you're saying is that what you say is right and what they say is wrong? You're the master at knowing how alternators work and won't admit that there's a chance the people who made it know what the problem is and you don't?

x2, not to bash on you man, but certain cars have had problems like this. For Example i can't remember the guy on here, but he bought a 260 from irragi, and he had the same kind of problem it wasnt performing well on his honda. He sent it back and was pretty mad about it, come to find out if he would have listened, he would have found out it had slippage wasn't getting a good grip across the new styler pulley, and he got a refund for an alt that actually bench tested like 40 to 50 amps more. If you dont get the slight problem taking care of, None of the alt companies alts will work properly

Maybe you should read before you try and look smart.. I have used other alts but wanted to step up to a 250 amp so i went with xs.. None of the other alts had issues like this, so other ones will work... Good try tho..

Dude no need to be a major dick about it....... You misunderstood the point completely, the point is, if Nathan is trying to help out and you are fed up with it, then you have no need to be Very disappointed in anything. Things happen, not every alt comes out perfect, but you're right, i just try to look smart, good job, remember that next time when people try to help.......
