okay, i dont know about the headlights beacuse i didnt due mine due to legal shit. but i did tint my tail lights. i ordered pre cut tints for my tail lights off ebay. and they actually went on without a problem. i tried to tint my windows on a differnt car myself once and i had an epic fail. but i was about to do these tail lights no problem. i did them close to two years ago and no fadeing or pealing or anything. i think it was 20 bucks for the set of tints on ebay.

Night Shade VHT

http://www.google.co...cebbf5a0cce78cd

Or you could get tint off ebay and heat shrink it on there.

Or I know they make tinted covers for certain cars.

I have used the Night Shade spray tint from VHT and it works very well as long as your prep on your lenses is good and u make sure you stop before you get too many coats and they get too dark ! Make sure to test after every coat !! Good Luck !
