Engine Upgrade/Swap

Okay here are the cards I'm dealt. I have a 1994 Mazda B3000 V6, it's completely stock (apart from the sound system). The stock drive line is pretty good, just not enough for me. I was thinking of installing a V6 mustang drive line (I.E. Engine, transmission, rear axle, and what ever needs to be done to get there).

My question is it possible? Or what are some other options?

Guide lines I would like to follow:

• V6 Engine
  
• Reasonable fuel economy
  
• Automatic transmission (It's a daily driver and I don't want to get into too much trouble )
  
• RWD (Obviously)

look up a swap kit to put a 94 mustang 5.0l in it. I have seen it done and their very similar to a 350 in an s-10. the kit i found (ill link to it if i find it) had motor mounts headers and an oil pan and after looking at some install pics it seemed pretty straight foward

That's why I went with a mustang drive line as a first choice. The only thing Mazda about the truck is the name and the emblems.

Just do your research before jumping the gun, or find a buddy who knows what they're doing to help. And anything is possible with enough time/money/fabrication.

You could get a supercharger... There are companies that make S/C kits for the 4.0L OHV V6 motors.

imo if u gonna do all that labor why not go the whole nine yards and get a 5.0 v8 from a 94 mustang last year made.. i know ur trying to save gas and all that..
