I should have state this earlier; I have an Aztek so its not a car (i dont think). Is it bad to bend an upwards port though

sub up port up. i have a bend in my port and mine is sub up port up. i have no issues

if its positioned far enough, but the port opening is still a little closer to one sub than another, is there gonna be loading issues?

for an aztek sub up port back will probably be the loudest

Subs back or up with port to side is pretty loud in a trunk. Also in SUV's from my testing. Gives you a good solid wall that wont lose energy compared to the trunk hatch itself where you could loose TONS of energy. Side port firing from my testing also gives you SOLID lows wink.gif

My next box should have sub up and 2 4" ports (17" long psp round and flared on both ends) to the side. It's all I can do because I could not find elbows for the ports.

I was wondering if it can be a good solution. And you tell me : YES it is !

What side do you think is the "best" for the ports ? passenger side or driver side ?

Is it better to put the sub the farthest from the port, or in the middle of the box ?
