It's fusing is 70A's, so it should be decent. Think it will do its claimed 150w X4 @ 2ohm's........ Possibly more @ 15v??? BUY IT..... mine did just slightly better than rated, on was doin like 158 @2ohms.....and the other was doin like 161 @2ohms..... I dont know how it'll do at 15v but, you could let the rest of us know when you do it.....
