dmanson
looks as if you did the big 3, way to go. change that stock battery out and get you a optima with custom terminals on the top and you'll be good to go. 2-DC 15XLM2 D.7s 1-DC 5K amp (1) XS Power D6500(UNDERHOOD) and (1) XS3000(REAR) 3 runs 1/0ga for power and 2 runs of 1/0ga for negative. ImLow78
Thats my next step. Going to keep the stock up front and adding the Optima in the rear. dmanson
change the stock in the front along with putting one in the rear, that's the way to go, keep both batteries identical. i've heard it's not goo to mix batteries not alike together. 2-DC 15XLM2 D.7s 1-DC 5K amp (1) XS Power D6500(UNDERHOOD) and (1) XS3000(REAR) 3 runs 1/0ga for power and 2 runs of 1/0ga for negative. emperorjj1
well usually when wired in parallel the battery's will only hold the max energy thats in the bettery that can hold the least... but if using a isolator then it wouldnt matter J. thehoe92
I ran mine on the right side of the car underneath the trim. the left side has the most speaker wire at least for the mine so it would interfere too much. once I got close to the firewall I drilled a hole in the door frame and wired it in between the wheel well and up into the engine compartment. Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple
