ant the ninja
What should I set it at? This is the first amp I've had with an adjustable one so Im not even sure what to do with it. (ap15001d) I have it at off right now. Also the amp has 4 speaker connections but its a mono amp, I have two 4 ohm svc subs at 2ohms, Is it possible to bridge it to one channel on this amp for a final load of 1ohm or am I missing something here... dugee81
you cannot tune a sealed box. hm im not sure what to do for that then. maybe just set it to 30hz ? ? edit: or maybe you just keep it off. hopefully someone more knowledgeable on the subject can give their opinion. Beanz
From what ive read your able to just turn it off in a sealed box since its not tuned its just sealed.oh and the wiring dont try and bridge it keep it at 2 ohms... Yeah I have it set to off right now, I wasnt sure if I should have it somewhere or not and would that be considered bridging even though its a mono amp? Thanks again to everyone for the quick help. Robert8252
You don't need it on at all. A sealed box acts as a cushion that makes it "near impossible" to bottom a sub out in it. Just for shits n giggles you can set at at about 25-30 if you want since not much music goes that low. So 1/4-1/2 way. But I'm not too happy with the subsonic on the AudioPipe right now. I can crank mine all the way and I can still pick up 25hz for some damn reason.......... Sorry if I am asking too many questions. Quote 2002 Ford Explorer XLT Front Stage: Crescendo CCX 6.5's Rear Stage: ???
