do I need to run a ground from the front battery to the back?

Is it a uni-body car or do you have an actual frame. I see you live in Baltimore also, what part? I'm around Catonsville/Arbutus.

Edit: Just saw its a Neon. Personally for uni-body cars I like to run the ground wire front to back

But yea try and get another run in there if you can, but it's fine to ground to the chassis if you cant fit another one.
