I got to listen to this thing about an hour ago and it sounds awesome. It moves major amounts of air even though it is under powered. I've never heard a sub take low notes as effortlessly as the SMD does. Good clean bass all over the place, it even sounds good on Hank Williams Jr and AC/DC lol.

changed my wiring going to the box. instead of running to one terminal, and cutting my wires down so i could fit both in there, i run out the enclosure with 2 separate sets of 8ga, and soldered them into one piece of 8ga to fit in my amp. gained a tenth out of it over my testing from yesterday. still clamping below 3k rms. maybe i can keep on gaining bits here and there until i can get some batts and the powerbass 4k in there. that increase in power should really do nice.

this is after moving my box a little more the other day to try to get more comfortable in the car because i originally had it a lil too far forward, and it was putting me a lil too far forward in the car.

next few weeks. hopefully have 4 xs power d3100 batts, 1 xs power d3400 batt, and alternator with adjustable voltage. would love to get all that in the car at once.
