CJ18
Nathan how many 3400s would you use to run 10k. I am running separate charging systems. I have a mechman 270 with adj voltage dedicated to running my back bank which will only power my Warhorse.
Alex K
I'd say 4 of em will keep that amp goin strong. Taking you have a starter up front too. Quote 2006 Nissan Z Track. Nathan @ XSpower
I personally would run 5 D3400s for competition use for that system if I were going to use the 3400s. You could probably get away with 3 or 4 though depending on the application use though.

I am waiting to sell my kinetiks to get 3 more 3400s so I have more than enough and can have a balanced look. I plan on putting 3 on either side of the charger. Nathan @ XSpower
If you have a 6500 under the hood and 3 3400s in the back you will good until you want to add to the battery bank. The 6500 is a strong battery to have under the hood!!!

The 6500 is a strong battery to have under the hood!!! I am running 2 separate charging systems. #1) Iraggi 260 alt in stock location charging front 6500. 1 run of 1/0 running to back for 4 channels. #2) Mechman 270 w/adj voltage in dual location charging back 3400s running only the warhorse. Nothing conecting the front and back batteries or the 2 alts.
Nathan @ XSpower
Damn that is a good set up! You should be very strong on electrical with that set up and 6 3400s in the back!
AMI CUSTOMS
I am still trying to figure out why you wouldn't just run d3100's in the back? 4 of those and you would be perfect!!!! Reason 1- 4 3100s would give me 20-25000 watts of power support where 8 3400s gives me 32000 watts of power support Reason 2- 6 3100s = 8 3400s Retail cost for 1 3100 is $350....cost for 1 3400 is $240-------6 3100s=$2100 8 3400s=$1920 The 3400s seem to be the most cost effective battery in the XS line.
