It would be much better. it's wayyyy better to run mids & highs speakers at 4 ohms.IMO Clas A/B amps are more efficient at 4 ohms, so the added power at 2 ohms is not really what you think. I'm not an expert, but 2 sets of comps...........one 4 channel, or 2 2ch amps. Think about it. Sundown sax 100.4, or 200.4 (the Beast), Crescendo 1000.4, etc.... there are so much quality 4 ch amps on the market, for all budgets. black BMW X1 2.0 l 192 hp OEM head unit, Amplifiers : Audison AP 8.9 amp with integrated DSP and Ampere Audio 1200. Focal ES 100 K in front doors, and Dayton RS 180 for midbass under the front seats. 2 SSA DEMONS 10" subs, in a 2.6 ft3 ported box.
