8 in or 6.5 mid bass?

i need some ideas on some mid bass speakers l woofers

for the 8s i was thinking some p1 from rf

and on the 6.5 i thought kicker cvt maybe?

ideas cuz what i want to do is a 3 way set up with a mid bass, a mid , and a tweeter

or am i just better to do 2 sets of compnents a 6.5 and a 5.2

Go to Audiosavings.com and look at O2 audio. They have 3-way 8" and 6.5" comp sets for around $100 if I remember right, even have deals on two sets at a time.

For the price I still may pick up a set or two lol.I've been googling it but can't find real specs on them like silk/metal tweeter etc.

The components James listed are some of the best you are going to get for a 3-way set up.

Why do you want a 3-way set up? I have a 3-way set ups in my camaro and my s10 for years and they both sounded great. However, it has only been recently that I feel I have fully experienced my 3-ways in my camaro completely. To the untrained ear it will sound "good" but may not sound better than your conventional 2-way. It really comes down to what you are trying to accomplish.
