flashlight_65 Posted January 21, 2011 Report Posted January 21, 2011 Whether you love it or hate it you can't deny the quality of work and materials put into this whip. The paint, rims, suspension, system and interior all were all done without cutting corners or "going cheap." awesome work to errbody Quote My builds: my caddy my 'hoe friends impala

Like we said on facebook, only color matching that looks good is white on white and that is if the whites match. Not all whites are the same! Other than that, it looks great! Very nice imagination Steve! Love it how people can imagine something and make it real and it looks great. I may like this more than the Hoe! Quote Blown
culltwojc Posted January 21, 2011 Report Posted January 21, 2011 love the hoopty love the color and wheels all looks perfect and is perfect but wondering if you going to paint the frame that shows under the body and the rear lower control arms that still show from fram and behind wheels just wondering man Quote JCADDY 1994 Chevy Surburban 1- t1000bd.1 rf 2-p3's rf big 3 rf 4- 6.5 pionieers 4- pioneers tweets 2- 4 inch rf
meade916 Posted January 21, 2011 Author Report Posted January 21, 2011 I just ordered all brand new Spohn upper/lower control arms and panhard bar - they will be red and will set the brakes off even more. I know its not everyones favorite but i dig the red brakes on this scheme. To me it sorta breaks it up a little....and the fact that they are almost $7000 worth of Wilwoods, they can stay just the way they are the control arms will set the rear off nice, just watch! Oh, the parts being put back on will as well. Sidesteps are coming back on because this is a Caddy, not a Tahoe... stay tuned! sayhuh? Posted January 21, 2011 Report Posted January 21, 2011 I see nothing wrong with them being red. I like the fact they are a different color. Contrast! Quote Blown
PUNKYOU007 Posted January 26, 2011 Report Posted January 26, 2011 Question. THis is taking it back a bit, but still. When you were building the doors, yours and the ones for the Hoopty. How did you fasten the panel to the bottom of the door. When you cut the panels you cut off both of the hooks that hold the panel to the door. I actually just started my doors tonight and had to cut mine off as well. Quote Doethepaperboy "Bars of Pain" Doethepaperboy "Hero Remix" C.
