memphis_finest1 Posted January 22, 2008 Report Share Posted January 22, 2008 i spent some time figuring out what exactly i was gonna do about the impedence and where the xovers are gonna go.......im a few distribution blocks away from wiring these up (couldnt find four locally that matched). The xovers wont be mounted on the floor there will be a platform/rack of some sort. Im just tryin to figure out placement. I was just about to put my components on the chopping block and buy some focal but hell if these are good enough for the hooptie then they are good enough for my truck Looking real good ! meade916 Posted January 22, 2008 Author Report Share Posted January 22, 2008 thanks some day i hope to have the doors done and when that happens then i might make a video playing music.......but it wont be for very long due to the neighbors. last night i went out and played with the router a little......made 1 ring LOL.....hey i have to plan out exactly how im gonna do it and i didnt like the first ring. Also it was my first time since i chopped up my finger that ive used my circle jig. I used the router to recess the deck into the console but that was easy......cutting rings like i am doing is a 7 step process for each one. Pics of a few of them when i get home, i have to make a bunch more. Now i have a plan so it should be easier.
