kjj913 Posted October 18, 2010 Report Share Posted October 18, 2010 (edited) so is this bad for ur subs? or ur amp its bad for your subs one might not get enough juice and the other could get to much but it might be possible with like a 4 channel amp. and also if one is only holding 500 max and 900 max the max power is how much it can hold untill it blows. AMI CUSTOMS Posted October 18, 2010 Report Share Posted October 18, 2010 Just run the kicker sub by itself, and you tried to do what you said, depending on how you connected them to the amp, which could be interesting, could cause one of the two subs to blow or the amp to just either, blow/go into protect mode/get very hot. Wire the dual 4 ohm sub in parallel so it is 2 ohm and wire that to the amp.
