I have two 15" Fi BLs in 5cu. running at 2500watts. I dont kow if it matters but I drive a 1999 suburban. oh and sub up and port back or what combo should i do? 1)Alpine CDA-117 1)hifonics brutus bxi 2610 1)hifonics zeus zxi6410 3)Alpine sps-600c 2)Fi BL d1 15s fully loaded

I have my z15 (recommended tuning is 30-35 hz) tuned to 35 and it sounds good a variety of music. I get good output from low 30s all the way over 60-65 hz. The only thing that lacks is real impact under 30hz or so. I've been listening to a lot of Decaf stuff lately and most of hit sounds good but a lot of the low stuff lacks real impact. Austin Hart Posted October 20, 2010 Report Posted October 20, 2010 It all depends on your vehicle, most SUV's like higher frequency's. if i had your setup i would tune a little higher than 32.especially in 5 cu. i would do 36-38ish.
