If you plan on removing the seats makes sure you don't start the car with them out, it will set off airbag light that has to be reset at the dealer. You can't remove the headliner without tearing it up, so just drop it and work around it if you plan to deaden the roof. Ground your amps to the same point as the rear battery to avoid engine noise. Use the factory speaker mount to mount new speaker just cut out the old speaker. That is all I can think of at the moment. I wouldn't have done anything different.
