Keeps getting more stunning. How are you not blowing your truck apart, are you tuned high?

Yes it is tuned around ~37 hz and peaks a lil higher then that, plays from 37 - 53 hz really strong, 51 hz about kills the passenger lol.

BUT went to test today to get ready for MIDWESTSPL finals, which is this weekend, played thur a few tones and bam....

I noticed on the edge of the glass is a small rock chip and then it decided to crack out after a few bass notes, oh well time for new glass after finals lol.

Forgot to post after MidwestSPL finals a few weeks ago, was my first time competing and show was a lot of fun. Here are my results

Adv3 4th - 157.8 db

Kaos2 4th - 150.2 db - in losing round did a 151.7 db

Xtreme4 4th - 139.2 db - in losing round did a 140.2 db after a tie at 139.8 db

I would have honestly done better if I would have understood the bracket style scoring they did, but hey I had fun, learned a lot about my truck/system and I will be ready for next season!!!

Found out my subs can take 3 minutes of solid clipping like a champ, they didn't get hot until about 2 minutes in and then started getting smelly, let them cool down and were good to go.

Got some new additions in preparation for USACI World Finals.

Brass hardware

Battery rack made and painted, 1/4 inch thick 1.5 inch wide pure copper buss bars to link the batteries.

Drilling the terminal holes for the buss bars

Battery mounting bracket installed in tool box and bolted to the bed.

what made you switch from the xspower to the batcap 4000?

i can honestly say i dont know much specs compared to the d3100's and i see your a dealer so maybe the switch was a good way to show off the product, care to shed some light for comparison im doing a rebuild and i might switch up to 4,000s if they will work bettery in my application
