fecupe2001 Posted November 2, 2010 Report Posted November 2, 2010 No sir, 2 4" aeroports are WAY to small for 6 cubic feet, try at least 2 6´s !! armyranger3858 Posted November 5, 2010 Author Report Posted November 5, 2010 damn thats getting expensive now on torres calculator should i use the diameter of the long piece of pipe or how far it flares out to. for example the 6" aeros on parts express flare out to like 9.25"
bkolfo4 Posted November 5, 2010 Report Posted November 5, 2010 If you are really trying to save space, (4) 4" would work. . . Current system: 1997 Blazer - (4) Customer Fi NEO subs with (8) American Bass Elite 2800.1s Previous systems: 2000 Suburban - (4) BTL 15's and (4) IA 40.1's = 157.7 dB at 37 Hz. 1992 Astro Van - (6) BTL 15's and (6) IA 40.1's = 159.7 dB at 43 Hz.
bobonit Posted November 6, 2010 Report Posted November 6, 2010 No sir, 2 4" aeroports are WAY to small for 6 cubic feet, try at least 2 6´s !! The size of the enclosure has no bearing on whether he will have port noise or not. It all depends on the cone area and Xmax of the driver. 97 Maxima SE Bunch of shit going in, check out the build Build Log
