is effedrine still sold over the counter in US? if yes, the good old ECA stack http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ECA_stack will get you there.... for me it always did three things - get my metabolism up, suppress any crawing for things not related to the diet, gave energy to train..... granted, i haven't tried any of the newer cutting suppliments, but I honestly have my doubts about them being as potent

Other than that - working out, cardio and diet is where it's at

On a similar note, I was at the Russian IFBB Amature Nationals two weeks ago - we had Dorian, Shawn Ray and Guntar there for seminars, judging and what not, Guntar was guest-posing as well....I believe Shawn was a little shocked at the drinking habits I hung out with Guntar for a bit at the SAN Nutrition booth, he's a class act, a blast to be around and easy going. I'ma see if i can get the SAN people to lwt me borrow some photos of that
