What YOU can do though is try to set up an organization/fund to help him. Setup a paypal account where people can donate any denomination they wish. But good luck, some (no offense) sob story on the internet isn't going to get you very far. There are people much worse off doing what they can on their own. And ANYONE can pay for college, there are literally THOUSANDS upon THOUSANDS of organizations they will help people in need pay for higher education.
