sphinxbccp
Finally got the ball joints popped, it's crazy how easy something is with the right tool!! New and old spindle, just have to transfer the hub and brake sheild. "Chevy lean" fix, only goes on drivers side Making a mess, and I still have to do the other side! Jackie_W
I don't know if you have finished putting the spindles on yet but you have to grind the lip off on the upper control arm to clear the brake calipers. From the center of the ball joint do about 4 inches back towards the back of the control arm on each side.Have read this whole build log and it is awesome.I have 2002 Xtreme Blazer and it has given me some ideas. sphinxbccp
Haven't finished, I noticed my ball joints are not in the best shape so I'll be replacing those first... And thanks for the heads up, I researched these spindles for half of my last deployment so I hopefully have found all the information I need to install them! scooter99
Damn bro. Lost of work. Keep at it!! Not sure how much they are, I know the ones for my F250 Superduty are expensive as hell, but any reason other than money you didn't change the hubs out too while you were in there? Just curious. Keep up the good work man, you're almost there! Facebook Page: S99Creations 2006 F250 Lariat Build
