cthedinger Posted November 6, 2010 Report Share Posted November 6, 2010 Actually his minimum should be 153.66 sq inches of port if you want to run 5 LVL 3 10s tuned to 34 hertz. You do not calculate port area by the volume of the box, you calculate it by the xmax of the woofer. If you did just one less sub so you could have proper port, and with this proper port you would be louder then the 5 with insufficient port.
