I started by cutting out the insides,of the grill.Then I attached the headlight bezels and made it all one piece.. the bottom was busted out of the passenger side light bezel,so i remade it out of 1/4" notice my chunk kid in the background........man he was a butterball... the design of the grill,began with a piece of 1/8" the back side... My MainMan,My lil Man,Dude,Bubb....My son Memphis @ 3years OldShow'em that car son..........
