CJ18
You're coming through that soon? Oh dont worry I will leave you some work to do! All that is left to do is fleece and resin the front bottom where it sits up over the hump and build a top and side trim panels. The fleece and resin will take the longest. Other than that all I need are some hinges and magnets ( just ordered those) and it will be done. Hopefully my attempt at kerfs and glass work pays off in the end. dwright27
Looks like those cuts were a pain in the ass, but it should be worth it. Yea I'm glad Cody decided to build this for me. I wouldn't have ha the patience to do those kerfs and woulda ende up breaking something. I can't wait to get this thing on the Demon 2006 F-150 4 DC XL M2 18's Walled Daily Driver XS Power 4 DC 3.5kw Team DC Team S.P.L. CJ18
Those kerfs were a royal pain in the ass. I did each cut every 1/4" on my table saw all the way out to 25.5" so that is 102 cuts!!! This thing looks like crap now, but by the time I am done with it it will look very nice. Oh and this is the only time I will be doing something like this for material cost, I wanted to try something I had never done before so its getting built for materials.
