Sorry not meanin to thread jack op im kinda wondering the same thing, i mean a car alarm would do it obviously. but what else would draw amperage while your car is turned off other than that and the ecu? apparently you dont get the fact that the subaru was wrapped around a pole. and by the status of your comment, im guessing your mouth is too. Or to make it a bit more difficult, How do you measure the CCA? And i am not talking about the avarage stock battery (since we are all into caraudio).... And don't come up with a clamp, because they will "melt" with these amount current Measure amperage with a clamp meter, there are meters that are accurate to like 1000a at 12v Measure Cranking Amps with load tester and Cold Cranking Amps with a load tester while the battery is in cold. i resolve to be a nicer moderator.
