jcshort
hey guys im looking to use the sundown amps in my next build and was wondering how they compare to kicker, rockford, hifonics, orion thanks for any insite
hdorre
Vs Kicker: can be run at 1 ohm daily and has gain Vs Rockford: uses gain knob and can't link multiple amps Hifonics: does way more power, more efficient, cleaner, more expensive. Just all around better Orion: idk Quote On 5/8/2011 at 7:38 PM, Kranny said: On 5/8/2011 at 7:35 PM, 'Maxim' said: It hurts me inside when I read stuff like this and remember you're 15 LMFAO so true Mitsubishi 3000GT (Old Build) Headunit: Pioneer 80PRS Frontstage: (2) McLaren Audio MLT-2 Tweeters & (4) PRV Audio MR Series Neo 6.5" Mids Substage: 4 15" Hybrid Subs - Tantric Motors & Sundown Softies Amps: Banda 2.4D Amp (Tweets), American Bass VFL 350.4 (Mids), and (2) Ampere 3800s Electrical :Singer 260A Alt & JY Power Lithium 2005 Chevy Colorado Ext Cab Headunit: Pioneer 80PRS Frontstage: 4 PRV 700Ti Tweets & 6 10" Delta Mids on 3000wrms Substage: 6 Fi BTL 18s in a 4th Order Walkthrough on 3 Wolfram 4500s Electrical: Singer "390" and JY Power My Official Feedback Thread
Ford302Redneck
One good thing about Sundown is, when you email them the owner replies. Sundown is a good company, they have quality amps and good quality costumer service. I think you will be happy with Sundown over all what you stated. I had 2 Kicker ZX1500.1 on 2 15" L7. I change to 2 15" Nightshade and went up most 2db. Traded the 2 ZX1500 in for 1 Sundown 3k and went up 1 more db. I love Sundown products!!! I'm still running the same 3k 2 years later the subs where traded for 4 Sa-12. Dependable is the best thing about Sundown. Day end and day out they can take a beating like none of the brands I ever owned. Rogers
Sundown makes some badass amps! they do more than rated and are built tough. i can definitely see them lasting for many many years even if abused a little.. LT.Smoke
Sundown is great.. Killer Products with a great customer service to back them up and all of their amps are powerhouses and usually do quite a bit more power then what they are rated to do if you have the power to feed them properly Quote Team MaxRetribution Si Vis Pacem Parabellum Id rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6 Bowhunting- Life Begins and Ends at Full Draw Bowhunting Team Fatal Trajectory Hunt Team http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/49335-sick96vtecaccords-t-line-build/?hl=sick96vtecaccord << Accord Build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/68498-smokedout08impalas-tline-build/?hl=+sick96vtecaccord << Impala T-line build Rebassed.com for all your music needs 👌
Hellbound Train
Sundown amplifiers are built with great quality, will supply more than rated power, and there is amazing customer service behind every Sundown product. So if you want quality, power, and customer service if anything were to happen then Sundown is the best choice from your list.
