I have ADD. my friend does not. we use to take adderall recreationally and had 2 different outcomes. my friend would start bouncing off the walls with energy, while i was actually able to hold an entire conversation without getting off track.

having ADD and not having ADD will give you pretty much the opposite of what you are when you take adderall. not ADD + adderall = hyper, full of energy, almost ADD-like. ADD + adderall = focused lol

idk why but i have always thought ADD was a load of bullshit. ADHD i can see but ADD... no

every kid in the world doesnt give two shits about work and would rather think about something else. it seems these days no one can take responsibility for themselves.

ive heard one of the symptoms is your mind racing and constantly thinking about other things. mine does that, hell im pretty sure most peoples do. the difference between myself and some one with "ADD" is i can tell myself to shut the fuck up and work lol

im just against this whole thing. i really dont think it is a disease or disorder. its the nature of people. forgive my insensitivity

I take it occassionally if I know I got a lot to do @ work. If seems to help. Only adverse effects I've noticed are a slightly raised blood pressure and it makes me not want to eat much during the day, but I still eat dinner. Actually helped me loose a few pounds and stay focused @ work. I can get more transmissions done faster and I would say work quality improved.

I myself have ADD. I was diagnosed in elementary school. Took adderall while I was in school. No longer take it. It did help though. First thing I was on for it was Ridlin of course. Never taking that again. It never bothered me but it almost killed my cousin who has adhd. Made his heart race and made him dizzy. Doctor said one more pill it would have killed him. So for those with add and adhd take what works not what kills.

I have focus issues as well. Thats why im surfing smd while working. I prefer to call it supermultitasking.
