Driving with a wall is no different then Driving without one.

After the first few hours, you realize to make sure you're past vehicles. Side mirrors let you see behind you

Alright first off we all should get back to the topic at hand, the law against rim size. I am not an actual person in law but have been informed by numerous cops around my shitty ass area that anything aftermarket can be classified as illegal. Just because a store sells 26" rims doesn't mean they are street legal, and if you also read the information on a lot of it, it states "show purpose only." Now as to the people about the systems, I love the sound of bass but also illegal, hence noise ordinances. Now I am not trying to be a dick and go against everyone or start fights but if you are going to post on a topic please stick to the topic at hand, it's so much nicer lol

absolutely not true...Bentley and Cadillac both come from the factory with 24's...the only laws on wheels are on how far they can protrude from the side of the car...at least 1/4 of the width of the tire needs to be inside the wheel well. Also, if more that half the height of the tire is exposed you are required to have mudflaps

I guess you didn't see the part where I said aftermarket, of course a car company will abide by state and federal law. And do you actually know why they are going with bigger rims?

Man this is starting the arguement lol YAY!, but we contradicted each other, you went on the side of saying about California laws and I went on the topic of mentioning aftermarket. Flat out when it comes to aftermarket, it is suppose to be "show purpose" like the disclaimers state. The major car companies will always follow the guidelines set by the government, and the only reason they do that is to start following the guidelines of gas consumption, 24" rims at 70 miles an hour is only like 4k rpms.
