But normally it starts out with not a lot of distortion and once it hits a certain point the THD will climb exponentionally (or more) and the amount of wattage won't climb that fast. And to explain what n8ball said, or atleat what i think he means. Class D amps are more harmfull at the same RMS then a class A or class B or class BD amp. Thinking is the root of all problems... You ALWAYS get what you pay for.
