I still dont quite understand how this box is tuned and peaks at 35hz. Every other setup I have done in this truck peaks 6hz above tuning.

stiff subs........

Also, the Fs of the XLs is 35 hz ...

That still doesnt explain it peaking at the tuning frequency. Im mean im not complaining at all because this is a mean mother fucker to sit in and its not a competition vehicle that I am worried about getting numbers out of.

I would do it on the XLs. If they couldnt handle it i would possibly upgrade to neos. There is alot of untapped potential in my truck that I want to bring out. I know I can easily run 3000-3500w per XL daily and bump up to 5k for a burp.

< Me.

I had a 2wd Yukon, and after a bunch of equipment in back it looked lowered. I could still get 20+ mpg on road trips which was great.

Now my 4wd + tow package Tahoe holds the weight a LOT better, it sits level with the extra 1000+ lbs. I only get 14-15mpg on the highway though. With the number of times I've used 4x4 to pull others out of holes and keep myself from needing a tow truck it's been worth a few mpg.

Anyway keep it up :drink40:

Gas mileage is already shit anyways so Im not worried about it. I have also added overload springs to handle the extra 1000lbs of shit I have added to the truck. I have a 2009 Nissan Maxima to drive when I travel so I dont have to deal with getting 14mpg on the road.

I am looking to possibly buy the second warhorse or I could sell mine and buy a SD16k. Whatever I do wont matter until next fall anyways. Just something to keep in mind to make it louder for next year
