poloplayer Posted February 4, 2011 Report Share Posted February 4, 2011 hey i have just a suggestion for your amps for know wut if u made amp racks to cover the 2 side windows and then u could drop the box down again and show off your amps this is just a suggestion i love this build im tuned in 1994 honda accord 2.2L VTEC sub is re se motor with fi cone in a pre fab box stock door speakers on an alpine v12 4 channel sub on a 1000 watt alpine monoblock need a dash kit and harness to put my alpine deck in also need tons of sound deadner need to install my apline type r compontents up front need to buy type r 6x9's for the rear Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
trulywickedcustoms Posted February 4, 2011 Author Report Share Posted February 4, 2011 yea we gave that some thought man.. i cut out 3 peices of wood to the amps specs and we played with putting them everywhere... oh well this box will def work for the time being.. the port is 8.25" wide aqnd i have 9.5" to the roof/ backwindow area, so it shouldnt be to bad.. im just not a fan of the way it looks in there being so tall... so well see when my amps come in how it turns out, it could be great?? i honestly have no idea till i try now.. but im thinking a 4th order or a massive clam is in the making soon... but im not gna pull this box untill i get the money for building either of those choices.. lotsa wood lol but then if i do the 12 15" xls ill also be purchasing anthr DC 5K and im not sure when they will be up for order agn...?? so as of now im playing it all by ear still lots of cone area FTW, lots of DC power FTW, low tune FTW!!!! ill post up pics/ updates as soon as i get me some sub amps *2013 NEW BUILD* 12- 18" Crossfire XS v2's B pillar 4th order wall 4- Crossfire 8K mono blocks 40+ pro audio mids tweeters and horns 3- Singer alternator 400a external regulated alts tons of audiotechnix wire 24- XS Power D1400's -TEAM XS POWER- -TEAM CROSSFIRE- -TDH- Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
