aiit aiit well if i got another layer of particle board over it is getting that ontop.. and bracing from top to bottom..

after that i can only hope 4 the best until i get money to mdf

How much is MDF where you are? here its only 30 bucks for a 4x8 and i can see you getting away with a sheet and a half maybe? if it takes that much. Using a double baffle may require the 2nd sheet

Here its 89,50 for a 22x1220x2440 mm / 4x8 feet.

and i used 2 of those to this.. tho in particle board and thats about 40 each.

because i could jump on that baffle and it would snap. Particle board is like glass. Yes it's strong, but it'll break incredibly easily.

With all those cuts on there, baltic birch and mdf would break too. I don't know how slim you are, but I know 1" mdf would break easily too with my 250lb ass just walking on it.

I agree that particle board is undesirable, but I don't want to get too carried away.
