Hows he supposed to pay now? What happens in a year when he still doesnt pay anything? Edit: I dont think it'll be any easier for him to pay now seeing as he has a record. I realize not every one agrees with what I did and thats fine we all have different interpretations of things... I feel that what i did was right so i will leave it at that.... To Steve no bro im not the step father but i may as well be because i have been around since the birth of the baby and watched her grow up and helped her mother through alot of stuff.... Sure she drove him crazy but he was abusive as fuck but thats neither here nor their... This is the easy part. Putting him in jail is not going to help the financial situation of anyone involved one bit, I was just pointing out why he might be eligible for a free stay in the slammer. But it does make you think why they have either not tried or not been successful at garnishing wages.
