Jbabycsx
There is no tuning a sealed box Quote 2000 GMC Sonoma AQ20 FTMFW! 4 DC XL 15's Cadence ZRS-C9 Infiniti Kappa 3.5's and 6x8's Bravox 6.5 components
Guest
for a Qtc, you would generally want it to be at about .707 for a "balanced" output between quality and loudness.
hdorre
Tuning a sealed box is just a matter of changing the size, depends on Vas, QTS, and Fs of the driver. A good box calculator would have options for sealed boxes as well. Rotten
wait a min.... im an idiot.... im thinking that 51hz might have been what the sub likes when in the recomended .7 ft... ??? lists fs @ 29.... that seems closer to what it oughta be. http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/products/product_details.asp?item_id=108287&locale=en_US Edited December 17, 2010 by Rotten Quote -06' f-150... audio.video.performance.visual -08' yfz 450 all go. no sho
Superjay
I was going to say...my subs only play to 35Hz...my midbass play 51hz with gusto all day long. 51hz is easy for earbuds...if you want it tuned lower make the enclosure larger...probably about .95 for a 40Hz F3 Quote Principal JTech Consulting - Leader in 12-Volt Training and Product PlanningIt's not about how much power you have, but how well you use it
